Bucky Halker - - Germany 2020 Bucky Halker will be teaching and serving as artist-in-residence at Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg, Germany in the spring of 2020. He'll be doing concerts on American folk and protest music and teaching a course on the history of protest music in America. Bucky will be spending time between Oldenburg and Osnabrück, as the course will be divided between campuses in both cities. More details later!
